First Aid at Work Training

Our First Aid at Work course provides practical training to help individuals respond confidently and effectively to workplace emergencies. It covers essential first aid skills that can help preserve life, prevent injuries from becoming more serious, and support individuals affected by workplace illness or accidents.

The 3-day classroom-based course includes practical instruction and hands-on training in key workplace first aid procedures, including the safe and effective use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

What to Bring
