Course prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will normally be subject to the price agreed at the time of booking.
Where a course requires additional fees, these will be communicated to the learner where reasonably possible before the relevant service is provided.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation and rescheduling may be subject to the specific terms applicable to your course and the time remaining before the scheduled training date.
Where a course has already been arranged, resources or assessment arrangements may have been made on your behalf. For this reason, late cancellations or non-attendance may result in charges or loss of booking fees.
Any course-specific cancellation or refund terms provided at the time of booking will take priority.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the cancellation and the specific course booked.
Where a refund is applicable, it will normally be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Certain costs may be non-refundable where services, training materials, registrations, assessments or third-party fees have already been provided or incurred.
